Effective 1/1/2008 all rate lock requests not done online will be subject to a .25% charge. Closing/Funding All loans must be locked 48 hours prior to closing. All loans to be closed must be CLEAR TO CLOSE , SCHEDULED and in the closing department by 12:00pm the day BEFORE settlement. Same day closing/funding requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis and are subject to a $300 Same Day Funding charge. Any loans requiring documents to be drawn more than once are subject to a $250 Document Re-draw charge per re-draw.     Privacy We do not share any borrower information with any other parties.
